The report is fully drillable, enabling you to explore calling patterns as you see them, from site level, all the way down to individual user.

This report is excellent at identifying exactly how much time individual users spend on the phone. It takes account of all internal as well as external calls.

This is particularly useful in departments where a large proportion of a user's time can be wasted by other internal staff members e.g. Reception or Support departments.

When accessed over the web, either as a result of a user logging in to the system remotely, or having received an email containing a portion of the report, each destination and dialled number is shown as a hyper-link which, in effect, runs another report containing the required information.

You can hide unused extensions and exclude weekend calls and also limit the number of columns a report contains.

You may decide on which column you would like to sort data by and you can also determine how results are grouped.

In order to report on a particular extension group, the report's parameters can be preset to begin on this extension group, rather than a full summary of the whole organisation. This is especially the case when a user with restricted access rights wishes to run the report.

Filters can be applied to limit the report to specific dates and times.
